Cancellation Policy
A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period after their scheduled appointment time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
